Return & Exchange Policy
If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your selection, please return it within 30 days. We will refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. Original processing/shipping fees are non-refundable. Please allow 14-21 business days to receive your refund. A return received after 30 days (but within 60 days) qualifies for a merchandise credit or exchange only. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (860) 583-0927 with information on the nature of the damage and whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund. Please include your Order Number. By clicking the Checkout button, you are agreeing to the terms of our return & exchange policies.

Shipping & Delivery
Our shipping charges are based on shipping UPS or FEDEX Ground to the 48 Contiguous U.S states. We may also use Priority Mail service, especially to Post Office Box addresses. Please call (860) 583-0927 to verify shipping charges to Alaska, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or U.S. Virgin Islands. If you choose to place your order via our Website, please note that shipments outside of the 48 contiguous U.S. will have additional processing/shipping charges not immediately reflected on your Internet order receipt total. You will be contacted within 2 to 3 business days with an accurate processing/shipping quote.
* The FREE shipping and handling charge applies only to UPS or FEDEX Ground shipments and U.S. Postal shipments to the 48 contiguous states. Expedited shipments and/or shipments to all other destinations will incur additional shipping charges.
Orders usually ship 24-48 hrs from when you placed your order. We will notify you during this period if an item is out of stock. Please allow 5-10 business days to receive your order. Please e-mail email@example.com or call (860) 583-0927 to arrange quicker delivery. We cannot promise a phone call before your item is delivered. If you are not home when the shipping company tries to deliver, they may either leave the package or leave a note. We usually e-mail your shipment notification and tracking number when your order is shipped. You can also check your order status to know your expected delivery date and tracking number.
All orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. Territories will incur additional shipping charges since they will be shipped via UPS air service. The same applies to international orders.
